A two day, free festival put on by the organization that brings you the New Orleans Jazzfest. Usually held in Louis Armstrong Park's Congo Square, the birthplace of Jazz, it was relocated due to construction for one year to the Bayou St John. These pictures were from the second day, Sunday. |
